Meets NIJ IIIA ballistic penetration protection standards when tested in accordance to NIJ STD 0106.01 / 0108.01.
Provides V50 fragmentation protection against 17 grain .22 caliber FSP >840 meters per second (2,750 feet per second) when tested in accordance to NATO STANAG 2920.
Blunt impact protection meets U.S. Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) requirements.
Shell is manufactured with advanced Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE).
Integrated no thru-hole design for attaching the night-vision goggle shroud, retention system and rails.
Helmet geometry is engineered for improved coverage of critical areas and increased stability and comfort compared to conventional (ACH) helmets.
